UPDATE REGARDING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

As our community continues to deal with new information and exercise caution in light of recent health concerns surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our Firm will be aiding in this effort by creating a remote service environment to the greatest extent possible. Our goal is to remain open and serving the legal needs of the community safely by adapting how we provide legal services to the changing circumstances.

We are happy to continue to offer our estate planning services to the community and are adapting our services to account for the recent health concerns as follows:

  • Telephonic Consultations Discuss Estate Planning Services - In lieu of in-person consultations, we will offer telephonic consultations at no charge to discuss estate planning options and services.

  • Electronic Document Preparation – Our clients will have the ability to provide us with the necessary information to prepare their estate planning documents through electronic means such as email and facsimile. We will also be able to send complete drafts of all estate planning documents via email for our clients to review from home.

  • Execution of Documents – We will continue to provide services for the execution of documents including limiting the number of in-person appointments per day, cleaning of surfaces in between appointments, and keeping our office closed to walk-in visitors  to ensure that all of our clients’ needs are met in the safest environment we are able to provide.

As a long-standing member of the community, it is our goal to continue to serve all of our clients’ needs for advice and legal services. We want to wish you and your loved ones well during this challenging time. Our thoughts go out to all those who have been affected by this virus and all the selfless nurses, doctors and other medical personnel, as well as those who are continuing to serve our community by working to provide necessities of life such as groceries and provisions, who are all working relentlessly on the front lines of this crisis. Please feel free to contact our office at 480.947.1403 if you have any questions.
