Whether it is a simple Last Will and Testament or a complex Trust, we will provide you with the proper knowledge necessary for you to make informed decisions concerning your estate plan. Since no two estate plans are exactly the same, we recommend that you meet with our attorneys to consider the pros and cons of your distinctive needs.
GUARDIANSHIP & CONSERVATORSHIP
A guardianship is a legal relationship that is established when a person or an institution is named in a will or appointed by the Court to care for the person of a minor child or an incapacitated adult.
A conservatorship is a legal relationship that is established when a person or institution is appointed by the Court to care for the financial affairs of a minor child or an incapacitated adult.
Depending on the facts of a given case, sometimes it is necessary to file for both a guardianship and a conservatorship.

Chapter 7, Debt Settlement, Debt Collection
We practice in Debtor and Creditor Bankruptcy Law and Procedure. Our firm has a great deal of experience working with individuals, families and businesses in financial distress, as well as with creditors whose legal rights are impacted by a Bankruptcy filing. Filing for Bankruptcy may not be your only option, and we may be able to devise a strategy to avoid Bankruptcy altogether for you by making financial arrangements with your creditors. It may also be necessary to initiate what is known as "pre-bankruptcy planning" for you before filing Bankruptcy, as a result of your circumstances.
