Our streamlined estate planning process:
-
Step 1: Consultation to Discuss Estate Planning Services - We design our planning meetings around your schedule and preference. For maximum convenience, we can conduct your initial consultation and strategy sessions entirely by phone so you can plan from the comfort of your home. However, if you prefer to meet face-to-face to discuss your goals, we are always happy to welcome you to our office for an in-person meeting.
-
Step 2: Your Personal Estate Planning Worksheet - Following our initial meeting, we provide you with a straightforward estate planning worksheet. This document serves as your guide to help organize your assets, list your chosen beneficiaries, and appoint your trusted decision-makers. Your input on this worksheet directly assists our team in precisely drafting your customized legal documents.
-
Step 3: Collaborative Review & Refine - Once your worksheet is submitted, our team prepares the initial drafts of your estate planning documents. We send these drafts directly to you for review, allowing you to read through them at your own pace. We then connect to answer any questions, address your concerns, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your plan perfectly reflects your wishes.
-
Step 4: Secure, In-Office Signing - After your documents are finalized and approved, we meet face-to-face at our physical office for the official signing ceremony. To ensure full legal compliance and absolute security, all final estate planning documents must be executed in person.
-
Step 5: Full Notary & Witness Services Provided – Following our initial meeting, we provide you with a straightforward estate planning worksheet. This document serves as your guide to help organize your assets, list your chosen beneficiaries, and appoint your trusted decision-makers. Step 6: Deed Recording & Document Delivery – After the signing is complete, our team manages the entire post-signing process for you. We handle the official county recording for any necessary property deeds. Once recording is finalized, we deliver your organized, original legal documents alongside a complete set of physical copies for your files.
-
Step 7: Record Retention & Digital Access– Your peace of mind is our priority. We maintain a secure, confidential backup copy of your completed estate plan in our permanent records to assist with any future updates or questions your family may have.
